Refund Policy
For all members:

Alberta Alpine athlete and family fees, National Card, Canada West Pass and Fundraising fees can not be refunded due to the fact that they are paid to 3rd partys.

Unused balances in a racers account (K1, K2 & JR) will be refunded at the end of the year.
Refund policy for KD, NG21 and FR programs:
Refunds will only be considered should the family move residence away from the Calgary/Banff area and as a result be unable to participate in the program. Refunds due to a move are available up to and including December 1st.
Refund policy for K1, K2 and JR programs:
Refunds will only be offered subject to injury and as a result the participant is not able to continue. A Doctor's certificate is required and the refund credit is determinate according to the following:
Injury occurred before Jan 1st : 50% Injury occurred before Feb 1st : 25% Injury occurred before Mar 1st : 10% Injury occurred after Mar 1st : 0%
